Term of condition for warranty

2. Applicable products l สินค้าที่เข้าร่วมการประกัน

All SWANS sunglasses(Excluded spair lens, spair parts, discounted products, optical glasses, over-glasses and Eyeguard)

สามารถใช้ได้กับแว่นตากันแดดทุกตัว ( สินค้าลดราคาพิเศษ, เลนส์สำรอง , อะไหล่สำรอง , แว่นสายตา แว่นคลอบ และ eyeguard จะไม่ได้รับการประกัน )

 

3. Expiring date

One year after purchase. l รับประกัน 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ

 

4. Details of support l รายละเอียดการประกัน

During support program, if you have any problem, we will repair or replace your products. ※ONE TIME ONLY

If we are not able to repair the product due to luck of spare parts, we will replace it to comparable or substitute product.※Postage is paid by users.

ในการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม , ถ้ามีปัญหาอะไร เราจะสามารถซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้เพียง *หนึ่งครั้งเท่านั้น  หากในกรณีที่เราไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ได้ เนื่องจากสินค้ารุ่นนั้นๆหมด เราจะหาสินค้าตัวอื่นที่ใกล้เคียงกันเปลี่ยนให้แทน ***ค่าส่งซ่อมสินค้าลูกค้าเป็นคนจ่าย

 

5. Exception l ข้อยกเว้น

The following cases are not included to our support program.

1. Intentional damage or use : การเสียหายเกิดขึ้นโดยการตั้งใจให้สินค้าเสียหาย

2. Theft and loss : สินค้าหาย หรือ ถูกโขมย

3. Damage caused by a natural disaster : สินค้าเสียหายเกิดจากภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ

4. Remodeling, paiting and self repairment are accomplished : สินค้ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลง การซ่อมแซมด้วยตนเอง

5. Unregistered customers : ลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้กับเรา

6. Nose pads, Ear pad, strap, screw : อะไหล่ต่างๆ เช่นแผ่นลองจมูก , สกรู , ยาง 

7. Accessories like case, pouch and Eyewear code : อุปกรณ์ เช่นกล่องใส่แว่นตา 

 

 6. Warning l ข้อควรระวัง

1Please keep this document at safe place. We will not reissue it. : เก็บรักษาใบรับประกันให้ดี เพราะรับจะไม่ออกให้อีกครั้ง

2Any customer detail changes, please contact us. : หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล โปรดแจ้งให้ทราบ

3One year validity. : รับประกันสินค้า 1 ปี

4With above conditions, we are not able to guarantee free support program. : รูปภาพโชว์ว่าส่วนไหน รับประกันส่วนไหนไม่รับประกัน
